Sounds of Freedom
Sounds of Freedom is a music festival held in Delhi-NCR that seeks to establish upcoming artists and endorse freedom of expression.
Sounds of Freedom is operated and managed by Teamwork Arts, the same organisation behind the Jaipur Literature Festival, Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow and India by the Nile, among others.
Teamwork Arts approached us to create an online campaign to promote and sell tickets for Sounds of Freedom. Our role involved coming up with an integrated online campaign including a Facebook strategy, Twitter competitions, and managing their online advertising.
We also explored different graphic and visual styles for the online campaign, which included creating ‘brand posts’ i.e. posts that showcased what the festival stood for and what people could expect at the venue. For this we decided to use a style that combined two elements to create one larger visual representation of the festival.
But that wasn’t all – we also used comics to bring out the real festival experience, apart from creating posts that introduced the artists performing at Sounds of Freedom (such as Farhan Akhtar, Raghu Dixit, Tritha, Madboy Mink, Kutle Khan, and more).
