Animated Infographic for Compliance Software

Not long ago, we published a blog post on an exhibition design for BlueLotus Strategy Consulting where we made a promise to get back to you with the animated infographic we created for their e-compliance suite.

Here’s how we came up with a simple, beautiful and informative animated infographic for BlueLotus.

BlueLotus’s e-compliance suite allows any organisation to easily find out all that they need to know about complying with government mandated laws and regulations.

Compliance is a complex issue, but one that is relevant to every industry. With this project, we had to communicate the functionality and purpose of BlueLotus’s compliance suite to an audience in an easily understandable manner. We also had to explain the concept of compliance, the laws relating to it, and the consequences of non-compliance.

That’s a lot of information.

We figured the best way to communicate all this information briefly and effectively was through an animation. We gave ourselves 2 minutes to introduce the e-compliance suite, to run the viewer through the legal, secretarial, financial and labor laws, and to present the solutions offered by the software. In these two minutes we wanted to express how important it was for any business to have access to the latest information on compliance.

This is how we presented the Compliance Management Suite as a complete solution to any organisation’s compliance-related queries.

When it came to branding, we made it a point to maintain BlueLotus’s branding throughout the video. You can see this in the use of elements like hexagons falling against a blue backdrop (their brand colour), and in the way the icons are presented. We wanted to make sure that we never compromised on BlueLotus’s identity.

We were quite excited to see this video and the exhibition design displayed at the Global Legal Confex, 2015 held at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi earlier this year. Now that our video’s up on YouTube, tell us – what do you think about it? Leave your thoughts in the comments below.
